Day 1

The team landed in the Managua airport last night at midnight. This morning we began our trip by attending a local Lutheran Church in Bhatola Sur that the team visits when they can. After the service we went to visit Martha and her family for lunch.

After lunch we started our journey to the children's home in Los Cedros. Once we got to Los Cedros we unpacked the bus and began to sort the medicine. We spent many hours counting pills tonight for tomorrow's clinic.

Tomorrow we have our first clinic by the beach. From there we will begin our trip to Jinotega.
